Abstract:
The article deals with the development of plans for the protection of potentially dangerous and critical facilities, the formation of which is proposed to produce in two phases. Indicates the need to create these plans, the owners of these objects also need to create a division in the territorial bodies of the Russian Interior Ministry and the delegation of authority to develop plans to protect potentially dangerous and critical facilities operational management (departments, divisions, groups) of territorial bodies of the Russian Interior Ministry.
