Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the study of features of the legal status of charities, as one of the legal forms of legal entities established to carry out charitable activities. The paper investigated the current state of regulatory their status under the laws of the Russian Federation and some foreign countries. The author analyzes the sources and expenditure of the order of the property of the charity fund, the specific implementation of its activities. At the same time drew attention to the inadmissibility of the use in the names of other organizational and legal forms of the word "fund". The conclusions about the presence of specific features that characterize charities.
