Abstract:
Employees of the internal affairs bodies need not only professional knowledge, but also the development of communication skills, the ability to think logically, the possession of a variety of psychological skills, properties, techniques, in order to improve their competence and professionalism. To establish psychological contact, law enforcement officials should aim to create favorable conditions and psychological prerequisites for effective communication. The most important prerequisite for effective communication is the identification of the main representative system of a person interacting with an employee with the law and order, with the support of it in the process of further contact.
