Abstract:
The article discusses the introduction of the Law № 426-FZ, a special assessment of working conditions, which replaced the former procedure - certification of workplaces. The aim of the article is to analyze the origin and prerequisites for the purpose of making this procedure. Based on analysis of the changes made by the Law № 421-FZ and the Law № 426-FZ, conclusions are formulated on the realization of these changes.
