Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of public safety serving as the object of the crime. Social security is a mandatory prerequisite for successful functioning in the society and the state as a whole and its individual representatives. Held ratio the public safety and national security. Marked and due to the importance of state protection of cultural sphere as an integral part of national security from criminal attacks.
