Abstract:
The article contains proposals regarding the changes in the so called territorial principle of work of Judges Qualifying Boards in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation? As well as proposals on specifying the order of appointing justices to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
