Abstract:

The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of the definition of the role and content of criminal procedure of verification activities appealed the judgment in the courts of higher instance. The author examines the unity of the essence, objectives and purpose of activities implemented in the control and verification stages of the criminal proceedings and industries of Russia.
