Abstract:
The article is concerned with the controversial issues about the end of the stealing vehicles. The authors present their own point of view on the problem and recommendations for law enforcement agencies concerning on the determination of the end of this crime. The article contains a significant amount of jurisprudence that emphasizes its practical orientation. Errors are analyzed in the qualification of illegal appropriation of a vehicle.
