Abstract:
The article deals with the issue of normative legal support of the criminal-Executive system and the problematic issues of the functioning of this system at the present time. In addition, it is proposed to introduce special units in the UIS, which will be engaged in the development and publication of normative legal acts regulating the activities of the FSIN of Russia.
