Abstract:
Recently, corruption in the Russian Federation is acquiring an increasingly large-scale nature, extensive forms and significant volumes, as evidenced by the resonant exposures of corrupt officials at all levels of state power structures. Corruptive manifestations as unlawful acts endanger the stable and dynamic development of society and statehood, they become the basis for their degradation. The Russian authorities, headed by the president, the government, the federal assembly and law enforcement officials, recognize the threat to national security from corruption phenomena and through the adoption of laws, their improvement, actualization and application in practice, create more effective legal mechanisms to combat this burning problem. article, the author investigates an administrative offense of a corruption nature - "Illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity", responsibility for which is provided by article 19.28 of The Russian Federation Code on Administrative Violations, the history and prospects of formation of legal norms.
