Abstract:
Aim. Review the accomplished contraband crimes in accordance with Articles 2001, 2261 and 2291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, to analyze the quantity of crimes committed in 2012 and 2013, as well as to explore the need to change the definition of grand and in especially big amount of a forecited Articles. Results. Quantity of accomplished contraband crimes according with Articles 2001, 2261 and 2291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is increasing every year. A large quantity of crimes in accordance with Article 2261 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is explained by very low scale of threshold of the definition of grand amount established by legislator. Creation a system of joint work of customs authorities of the Customs Union, as well as their interaction with internal agencies of the Members Customs Union. Social consequences. Progressive growth of contraband crimes by attracting new participants foreign trade economic activities on the Russian market, because, firstly, 01.01.2015 the Eurasian Economic Union will start to work, promoting free moving of goods, services, capital and labor, and secondly, a gradual reduction of import customs duties to 2017 within the framework of Russia's WTO accession.
