Abstract:

In article expediency of inclusion in the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the head "Electoral system" is analyzed. The author considers a historical retrospective of the matter, and also various points of view of modern scientific constitutionalists. On the basis of the carried-out analysis specific proposals according to contents of this chapter, with justification of their expediency become.
