Abstract:
At present, taking into account the growing legal literacy of the population, the police officer needs to raise the level of professional competence, including communicative competence. The establishment of a psychological contact allows the employee of the internal affairs bodies to locate to himself the interlocutor, understand his position, and in certain situations show the ability to think in his categories and provide the necessary information impact. In the article the authors proposed the forms and methods of increasing the communicative competence of the employees of the law enforcement bodies taking into account modern psychotechnologies.
