Abstract:
The goal of article is to make a general description of terrorism’s ethical aspects. The general philosophical and legal method used in this article enables better understanding of criminal law’s rules in the sphere of terrorism. Results of study. According to the opinion of the author of this article, the lack of general terrorism’s notion makes obstacles for the successful fight with such challenge. The main problem of terrorism’s notion is connected with not with ethical but with political problems. The originality and practical value. This article can be of interest for students, PHD-students and everybody who is interested in German criminal law.
