Abstract:
Objectives - The problems of counteraction to extremism among young people, the analysis of the main reasons for its spread, the role of law enforcement bodies in the mechanism of combating extremism in the exercise of functions in the prevention of crime and other antisocial behavior that may lead to the emergence of extremism. Model and methods - It is their activity is related to the perceived responsibility for the results of the professional tasks (not comparable with the responsibility of employees under normal conditions), high-risk, danger to life and health. Findings and results - In the present paper proposes a number of measures, forms and methods of preventive operations to combat extremism. Originality and practical value - Amid the general ideas of social disorder xenophobia, nationalism and extremism increasingly widespread, attracting to its ranks new members. The paper points to the need for urgent action to address this threat, using modern forms and methods of the organization of preventive operations, as well as high-tech.
