Abstract:
Investigation of the road accidents is often connected to certain difficulties that is caused by complexity in search and obtaining evidentiary information. An important source of obtaining criminalistic significant information on incident electronic devices - the surveillance cameras and video recorders which were widely adopted in recent years appear. The author draws a conclusion that the video images which are contained on electronic devices information media have important evidentiary value in case of investigation of the road accidents.
