Abstract:
The author explores the questions concerning the characteristics of lease contracts according to UK law. Of particular interest are the following types of contracts such as joint rental, guaranteed rent, variable rent. In this regard, allowing specific case neoprene party liabilities arising from lease contracts, the law has the ability to protect the rights of actors in the different spheres of public relations.
