Abstract:
The article studies the legal and organizational issues of cooperation between the Prosecutor's office with the media in the constitutional (Charter) court proceedings. The author analyzes the current status, the appropriate forms and methods of work of the Prosecutor's office in the context of the activities of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and constitutional (Charter) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation, indirectly addressed the issue of the Prosecutor's supervision in this area.
