Abstract:

The article deals with the problem of identifying information defined by the notion of malware. Studied scientific works devoted to the problems of determining the types of information that has a deleterious effect. Studied international law and national legislation in the sphere of protection from harmful content. Special attention is paid to the protection of minors from harmful content.
