Abstract:
In the scientific article some problems of efficiency of the judicial spheres of activity of the CIS and Baltic countries and ways of its improvement. The author comes to the conclusion that historical aspects of state building in the CIS and Baltic States can be very useful at the present stage of development of the judicial system in these countries. The reform of the judicial basis, according to the author, is the process of creating a new judicial system as a whole, since the task of building in the countries of the CIS and Baltic legal state, requires fundamental changes in the sphere of justice, namely making it really effective, independent and independent branch of state power.
