Abstract:
Physical training of cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation matters paramount and has relevant character. Process of physical training is based on a systematic basis with respect for a certain sequence in use of various means and methods of training. Physical training represents a component of educational process, and her optimum organization, means, methods and forms promote successful development of knowledge by cadets and listeners. In this article we have carried out the analysis of specific characteristics of physical culture of cadets and physical training of students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the purpose of identification of the most optimum and her effective forms. In this research we used the methods of the theoretical analysis and synthesis of references, domestic and foreign researchers, the system analysis and synthesis which have allowed to consider the studied problem in key indicators of system: structure, organization, backbone factors, etc.
