Abstract:
The article reveals the essence and content of preliminary investigation bodies created conditions for the realization of the rights and freedoms of persons involved in criminal proceedings. Main attention is paid to the process of creating the conditions under consideration, as well as the organization of the criminal justice entities to create the conditions for the realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the pre-trial criminal proceedings.
