Abstract:
The article describes the social aspect of the formation of the personnel reserve of the penitentiary system of the Republic of Belarus, details the work on the preparation of the reserve of leading cadres, focuses on the procedure and conditions for selecting candidates for the reserve of leading cadres, the requirements for candidates.
