The manifestations of legal nihilism in the law environment

Objective: This article aims to study the specifics of legal nihilism, manifested in the law environment, its features, the identity, origin sources, causes a degree of public danger. Model: When writing the article used the dialectical-materialist approach to the study of perspective, analytical method, structure and function, comparative law, formal-logical approach. Conclusion: The specificity of nihilistic manifestations in environment law lies in the fact that their source is often a disappointment in law enforcement and law-making practice, the rule of law. Legal nihilism differs cynical lawyer and hypertrophied rational attitude to the law and the principal. Loss of increased social sensitivity to violations of justice and moral and legal conscience, certainly influences the choice of its legal position on the legal proceedings and consequently can harm the client's interests and the state. Scope of the study / possibility of further use of the results of scientific work: results of the above studies are applicable (may be taken into account) in the preparation and professional development of lawyers, as well as the prevention of crime in the law environment. Practical value: The results of this study may change the content of methodologies for training and further training of lawyers. Social consequences: The study aims to influence the state legal policy related to the prevention and elimination of distortion of justice in society, including in the legal profession. Originality / value: A study of legal nihilism lawyer, its characteristics and causes of the scientific literature is given little attention. Results of the study of the adverse effects of legal reality can be used by teachers of law faculties of higher education institutions in the preparation of law students, members of the legal community and the bodies of his government.
