Abstract:
Human trafficking - reality of the modern world. Due to become frequent cases of commission of this crime, human trafficking became a pressing problem of all world community. In spite of the fact that now for the purpose of counteraction to human trafficking a number of the international and interstate normative legal acts, separate problems of legal regulation of fight against the specified crime works and use of specialized mechanisms still arises both in the certain states, and in the international relations.
