Abstract:
The article is devoted to the correlation of the Prosecutor's supervision and departmental control in the investigation of crimes by the bodies of preliminary investigation. The author examines the creature powers of the Prosecutor and head of the investigative body in pre-trial criminal proceedings. Formulating proposals for improving the existing criminal procedural law.
