Abstract:
The author investigates demand, its legal nature, constitutive properties. The author has investigated the lawfulness of obligation performance time limit by means of reference to the demand. The author has offered to mean by demand a potestative suspensive condition, and the author has made a conclusion that the obligation performance time limit cannot be determined with the reference to the demand. That’s why the author has made a conclusion that demand obligations cannot be placed in the article, dedicated to the obligation performance time limit, as well as that the same way of demand obligations and obligations with indefinite time performance cannot be established.
