Abstract:
The present article the author analyzes activity of financial disputes settlement in Financial Dispute Resolution Center (FDRC) in Hong-Kong. The review of procedures of permission of financial disputes is submitted: "Mediation at first, Arbitration next"; "Only mediation"; "Only arbitration". Aspects of activities of the Center for resolution of financial disputes are researched. The center of financial disputes resolution in Hong Kong resolves all financial disputes between monetary institutions and other persons, providing professional alternative disputes resolution. FDRC actively carries out the activities to promote and stimulate financial cooperation. The purpose of the Center is advance of Hong Kong as large financial center in all Pacific region. The disputes resolution in Center is made on the basis of alternative ways of disputes resolution (ADR).
