Abstract:

This paper presents an analysis of the current situation in pre-trial detention centers of the penal correction system, formulated the main causes of the problems, justified the most appropriate steps in part to improve existing legislation to bring it into conformity with the requirements of international legal standards; analysis illustrated materials polling experts.
