Abstract:
The article analyzes the characteristics of proof in a criminal trial in which the accused was signed pre-trial cooperation agreement. This problem is considered in relation to the characteristics of the pre-trial and trial proceedings. The conclusions regarding the limits and subject of proof in cases of this category. There is offered a number of recommendations of factual circumstances in pre-trial investigation and prosecution of such cases.
