Abstract:

The Customs Union (CU) of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Kazakhstan - is a new starting point in formation of intercountry relations of states that entered into EEU, which results in necessity of making amendments in customs legislation of EEU member countries. Security provision of economic interests of member countries is one of the most important tasks for improvements of pactional and legal base in the sphere of customs regulation.
