Abstract:
The article concerns issues of correlation of effect from 1 January 2013 in the Russian Federation the order of review of judicial decisions and court system with the authority to review judicial decisions in criminal matters in the appellate and cassation procedure. Proposals on improving the judicial system to ensure judicial independence and fair justice.
