Abstract:

He robbery as crime against property has similar signs of the objective party with other corpora delicti encroaching on the property relations that causes need of their accurate differentiation. In this regard the author considers questions of an distinction of the corpus delicti provided by Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation from adjacent corpora delicti.
