Abstract:
Despite the fact that official sources for the past five years have found a steady tendency to reduce the quantitative indicators of juvenile delinquency, it remains quite high. The distribution of society to the rich and poor is the locomotive of crime, the engine of the criminal revolution. The gap in social status and rank pushes the younger generation to an unjust compensation for unjust inequality. It adds a typically teenage inability to forgive resentment to injustice
