Abstract:
The article is devoted to the gaps and conflicts of laws identified in the implementation of prosecutorial supervision of execution of laws on forest protection, which, in my opinion, is one of the causes of inadequate human rights to a healthy environment. This subject is chosen by the author is not accidental and is based on the importance of forests in Russia, as the Russian Federation, and the global environmental space as a whole. In the course of writing this article, the author has used scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, and others, and has also been used sociological method of questioning prosecutors on a given topic. The article describes and comments available imperfection of the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area, suggests possible ways to address the gaps and contradictions. This article was prepared as part of writing a thesis on "Prosecutorial Supervision over the implementation of laws on forest protection." Proposed by the proponent to address conflicts and gaps in the legislation governing the conservation and protection of forests, to improve the law in this area can be further used in the science and practice of public authorities, including prosecutors.
