Abstract:
In the context of global legal processes, the problem of finding national legal constants has been more important. Author analyzes national legal archetypes with the aim to reveal the peculiarities of law-making mistakes in the implementation of legal myths. In this article are examined the nature and essence of the legal myths, their causes as well as interaction with the legal mentality and legal mentality. Attempts to analyze the origins of legal myths for example the myth of legal nihilism. In sum, it is concluded that construction of a new legal reality without taking into account the specifics of national legal systems leads to the emergence of new mythologies.
