Abstract:
The article considers the most common ways and means to prepare and commit illegal extraction (catch) aquatic biological resources and especially their use in the Caspian Sea. According to analysis of the position of practice, criminal law and criminalistics defines methods for the preparation of illegal extraction (catch) aquatic biological resources. The characteristic of the Caspian Sea, as a crime scene, it is proposed for committing illegal extraction (catch) of marine biological resources outside the 10-mile zone controlled fishing prosecute on national legislation, which revealed a crime.
