Personality in the right-realization process

The purpose of the study of the role of the individual in the right-realization process is the need to reassess the influence of her participation in all forms of realization of the law and clarify the positions of the Russian lawmaking doctrine, taking into account the possible expansion of the individual's autonomy in law, especially in those legal relations where no enforcement is required. Conclusions: law enforcement is based on the activity not so much of law enforcement bodies as on the activities of an individual who can act in different statuses, depending on the situation and the form of implementation. The role and location of the person in the law-realizing process depends on the procedures in which it operates - law enforcement or direct, that is, with independent actions to implement the rules of law. Considering the personality as a self-sufficient subject of the legal realization process, first of all, we are talking about those types of realization within the framework of which there is a direct realization of the right, which is expressed in the fact that the subject of law acts independently on the basis of legal regulations and determines the procedure for implementing and protecting his right without interference public authorities. The article touches upon the institution of self-defense, which can and must play a significant role in the mechanism of legalization, since the state, with all its capabilities to protect human rights, may not always be aware of the legal problems of citizens and respond promptly to violations of the legitimate rights of the individual. The value of conclusions is expressed in the formation of the idea of a possible expansion of social relations, in which the individual can directly realize his rights as a guide to optimizing the right-realization process.
