Abstract:
In the present article examines the main challenges the constitutionality of laws, inseparable from the life of society and state laws related to the principles and objectives of the internal and foreign policy of the Russian state. Particular attention is paid to the special order of formation and competence of state authorities and local self-government, as well as the recognition of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, sets out the basic principles and foundations of the constitutional system.
