Abstract:
In this article there was cited the analysis of legal norms directing to the regulation of relations on material responsibility of an employer and an employee on the basis of which the conclusion on formation in the system of labor law of complex institute of material responsibility of labor law parties is substantiated having in its content two subinstitutes: «material responsibility of an employer before an employee» and «material responsibility of an employee».
