Abstract:
This article discusses the use of knowledge in the field of psychology in criminal proceedings involving minors, considerable attention is paid to researching the possibilities of expert research in the investigation of group crimes in order to establish the psychological characteristics of the members of the group, and recommendations are made regarding the correct posing of questions to the expert psychologist. In the opinion of the author, the active use of expert methods in practice to determine the psychological characteristics of the adolescent group can improve the effectiveness of the investigation, so that, when imposing punishment, the peculiar psychological traits of the adolescent's personality will be taken into account that will not affect his role in the commission of the crime.
