Abstract:
Научная статья подготовлена на основании анализа научной литературы комплекса нормативных правовых актов в сфере свободы совести. Характеризуя государственно-конфес-сиональные правоотношения как предмет административного права, автор отмечает, что они представляют собой общественные отношения, урегулированные нормами административного права, складывающиеся в ходе осуществления государственными органами исполнительной власти функций управления в сфере реализации свободы совести. Также в работе обосновываются разновидности и характерные черты государственно-конфессиональ-ных правоотношений в России на современном этапе.
