Fight against extremism and terrorism in conditions ethnoreligious conflicts

In this article we have considered problems of emergence and preventive measures for prevention of terrorism, ethnic and religious extremism. A problem of counteraction to extremism one of the major at the present stage of development of the world community. The value of a research of a phenomenon of political terrorism increases in Russia because of real threat which is posed by terrorism for state security of Russia, her national interests, from the terrorist groups which are in the territory of the country and the international terrorist and extremist organizations trying to influence political life in the state. The special relevance to this problem is given also by the fact of manifestation of political terrorism within the country which undermines stability of political system of society, stability of a political policy, and in some cases is even capable to paralyze actions of the authorities, promoting undermining their authority among the population. It threatens not only a state both tendencies of progressive development of the Russian society, but also and his activity.
