Abstract:
In this article the analysis of the current legislation of rather legal examination is given. The acts regulating carrying out legal examination are analyzed. The main problems in legal support of legal examination, the shortcomings which are available in these or those acts, concerning legal examination are allocated, and also approximate solutions of these problems are outlined.
