Abstract:

Background: An impelling need of modern Russian society is to create an effective civil regulation mechanism. Therefore, the research of the court decision meaning in the civil turnover regulation process is actual. Results: The court's disposition, as a judicial act, has a regulatory base, which is proved in the article and allows the legislator to avor the decision is caused for civil rights and duties in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
