Interaction of religious organizations and criminalexecutive system in the process of the correction of those condemned

In the article questions of the cooperation of the Russian Orthodox Church and establishments and organs, which fulfill punishments in the process of the correction of those condemned, are examined. Purpose: the author analyzes the practice of the cooperation of the representatives of clergy with FSIN of Russia, the current legislation, which regulates appearing in connection with this juridicial relationships, determines problems and proposes the method of their solution. Model: the totality of the methods of the scientific knowledge composes the methodological the basis of this investigation: the general scientific (dialectics, analysis and synthesis) and particular scientific (formal- juridical, comparative- lawful) methods of study. Results: The author proposes the introduction of number of changes into the criminal- executive legislation, the cooperations of religious organizations with establishments and organs FSIN of Russia removing problems. Practical value: conclusions and proposals can be used in the law-making activity in the improvement of criminal- executive legislation and pravoprimenitelnoy activity FSIN of Russia. Conclusions: it is necessary to accept number of changes into the acting criminal- executive legislation, namely, into ch.2 of st.9 Week RF to fasten religious training as the basic means of the correction of those condemned, to introduce additional division into Week RF regulating questions of the participation of clergymen in the correction of those condemned. Data of change will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the cooperation of religious organizations with the administration of establishments and organs, which fulfill punishments in the process of the correction of those condemned. Originality/the value: the possibility of using the recommendations for changing the standards of criminal- executive legislation.
