Article is devoted to recommendations for qualification of violent crimes. Goal of this article - to show the complexity arising from the application of criminal law on liability for violent crimes, to make recommendations for their qualifications Foreign specialists involved in research of these scientific questions: Aliyev NK, Ingarden R., Benezech M., Bindiga K., Barnes H., Barto B., Bauer F. Methodology: when writing the article, the following scientific methods of research: logic, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, comparative legal. Conclusions: The article calls for a discussion of the qualification of violent crime, the development of a uniform approach to their criminal law assessment. Practical value: Conclusions and suggestions for improving the process of qualification of those crimes set forth in the article, will contribute to the preparation of general recommendations in this area, which has a positive impact on the activities of the courts in criminal cases in this category. Social consequences: To some extent, the article can be useful when using the courts, other law enforcement agencies of criminal law on liability for violent crimes. Original article lies in the diversity of approaches to the author's qualification process of violent crimes, its findings and assessments that can contribute to the preparation of general recommendations in this case. The article is addressed to the judges, investigator, prosecutors, by virtue of his performance; have to deal with qualifications of violent crimes.
