Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of management which is investigated as legal organization (model) of public-political activity of the power. The purpose of the article is identification shortcomings of modern understanding of management as state function in the general theory of law and state, and a rationale for the approach to the problem of management, when management as function of the state, first of all, in relation to society, is investigated as a specifically legal model of public-political activities of the power realized in specific socio-economic, cultural and civilization conditions.
