Abstract:

At the modern stage of society development contracts in the procurement of goods, works, services due to the special goal, because they are aimed at meeting the needs of the state represented by its bodies and bodies of local self-government, providing their vital activity and functions. The article considers the issues of improving legislation and ensuring private and public interests when regulating, for example, materials of judicial practice.
