Abstract:

The article discusses the possibility of implementing the principle of federalism in the modern period of development of the Russian state, explores the legal, economic, socio-cultural issues, problems of counteraction to corruption related to the inclusion of new territories in the Russian Federation. Examines the impact of the implementation of the principles of a state's ability to concentrate their efforts to resolve the most pressing problems in a given period of time. Analyzes the federal structure of our country and its ability to respond rapidly to the most significant challenges. The work is intended for students, graduate students and other persons interested in problems of implementation of the principles of federalism.
